Cancellation & Returns

  • You have the right to cancel an order up to 7 days after delivery of goods.  Cancellation must be made in writing by email to
  • We will refund the amount paid excluding the delivery charge once undamaged items are back in our possession.
  • Returned good must be undamaged and in their original packaging. We will not accept returns of goods which have been damaged due to negligence on the part of the customer.  Customers are required to pay for return delivery to us.
  • All custom or bespoke sales are final – no returns will be accepted.
  • In the unlikely event that goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery to you, we will work to fix the problem or replace the goods.  In such cases we will pay for goods to be returned to us.
  • Please be aware that our products are made from steel and wood.  The wood may have variations in colour which occurs naturally.  As a natural product it is subject to expansion, contraction, splitting and cracking due to changes in humidity.  We will not accept returns on the basis of natural processes such as these.  Our steel finishes are tough and hardwearing, but care should be taken to avoid scratches and abrasions to the finish, which may lead to rusting or discolouration.  We cannot guarantee that rust will not develop at some point in the product’s life.
